Tenterden Swords FC would like to welcome you to the Invicta Open
at the University of Kent, Canterbury,
Note these may be out of date details :
The Invicta has developed from a small provincial competition to a truly international event, with overseas entries from our friends
from Belgium and the Netherlands as well as others from the continent and elsewhere. It has earned an enviable reputation as a
hard-fought but friendly competition with an excellent atmosphere, welcoming everybody from near beginners to regular open
finalists, and has an exceptional venue at UKC. This year we will be providing metal pistes for all the foil and epee fights and SG12
scoring boxes throughout at all weapons.
Tenterden Swords would like to thank Leon Paul for the supply of some of the scoring kit and the equipment stand, UKC for the
excellent facilities, England Fencing for the supply of pistes and display screens for the pools and DE results and Sport80 for the online
entry system. The Invicta is now part of the South East Open Epee Series, sponsored by Sussex brewers Harveys.
